Section 01 · Advisory

Selected work with leaders on the questions that carry consequence.

Advisory at ANTICIPATOR is not a menu of services. It is a focused engagement with a small number of leaders and organisations on the decisions, tensions and organisational questions that most warrant senior attention.

Questions we work onFour fields

If you recognise the question, we should probably talk.

  • 01

    Strategy & Organisation

How should the organisation be designed around what it is trying to achieve?

  • 02

    People & Culture

What conditions are shaping performance, trust and behaviour?

  • 03

    Leadership & Succession

Where is the organisation dependent on individuals rather than capability?

  • 04

    Transformation & Effectiveness

What must remain, what must change and what must end?

How we workSix principles

Six principles that shape every engagement.

01

Start with the real question

Define the decision, tension or organisational problem before proposing any solution. Most engagements begin by reframing the question the room walked in with.

02

Bring senior attention

Keep the work close to experienced judgement rather than layered through juniors. The people you meet are the people who think about your problem.

03

Create clarity before complexity

A useful strategy is one leaders can hold in their heads. We prefer sharper choices to broader decks.

04

Translate insight into practical systems

Ideas that never leave the offsite are worth less than ideas that survive Monday. We design for institutional traction.

05

Build capability, not dependence

The engagement ends when your organisation can carry the work forward on its own. That is a feature, not a failure.

06

Protect the integrity of the work

Our frameworks, tools and language are original and looked after. What we publish is what we would put our own name to.

What we decline

A firm is defined as much by what it refuses as by what it accepts.

  • Generic service catalogues, template-driven audits and body-shop work.
  • Engagements where our name would be used more than our thinking.
  • Work that conflicts with existing client commitments.
  • Assignments that require dressing certainty over what remains unknown.
Begin

If the question is consequential, the conversation should be too.
